The Belvedere Club is a small, exclusive 25 seat restaurant serving Greek modern cuisine. The award winner chef, George Calombaris, Australia´s most renowned Greek-Australian chef and Director of one of Melbourne´s most successful restaurants "The Press Club", has an extremely impressive culinary resume and has crafted, especially for the Belvedere Club a tailor made menu of 15 signature dishes

Known perhaps most importantly for having introduced Greek cuisine back into the modern dining scene, the awarded chef has garnered many awards for his epicurean skills, including accolades such as 2008 Best Chef and 2008 Best Restaurant.
